Excellent Mat!

Great mat for a very comfortable workout. I've been using it to foam roll on as well as do some core dumbbell exercises and it has performed up to my high expectations!

Love the mat. Great quality. Looks nice and the thickness is perfect for what I need. Love that it came with a cloth to wipe the mat down and keep it clean. Came quickly. Overall great purchase, very happy.

Excellent mat

This is an excellent mat for my workouts. It stays in place and I have a good grip. Perfect for my living room which has hard wood floors. So far I have had no problems doing my extreme workouts like P 90 X and Les mills combat.

Great cushion - not as durable as expected

The size is perfect for our plyo style beach body workouts as well as weight training. We've only had the mat a couple months and it is already showing signs of wear on the cushion like surface. Make sure you purchase some flat trainers if you'll be using this mat and even then it will probably wear over time.
